Returns
We stand behind every chair we curate. If your chair arrives damaged or develops a fault in normal use, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will coordinate a repair or replacement with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Because each chair is ordered specifically for you, returns for change of mind are considered individually and must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Please reach out before purchase and we will walk through the details with you personally.
Requests received after 30 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
